Hi, I’m Dr. Claire Conlon — a Chartered Senior Clinical Psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families across the UK and Ireland. I’m also a mum to three energetic and loving boys who remind me daily of the importance of compassion, resilience, and self-care.
My journey in psychology began nearly two decades ago where I discovered my passion for helping people navigate life’s most challenging moments. Since then, I’ve worked extensively with children, teens, adults, and parents, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches — from cognitive behavioural therapy and mindful parenting, to developmental psychology and trauma-informed care.
I created the All About Anxiety programme because I saw the need for something practical, compassionate, and easy to access — especially in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world.
For many children, teens and adults, anxiety shows up daily — in racing thoughts, spirals of worry, or overwhelming physical symptoms. Whether it's school, college, work, or even day-to-day routines, anxiety can silently hijack your ability to engage fully with life.
