TRUSTED BY:

The Caterpillar Clinic was developed in 2021 by Dr. Claire Conlon. The goal of the clinic is to provide psychological support to families in a convenient, and effective way. Parents gain the most from psychological support when it is easily accessible to them and when they can access the support at a pace that works with their schedule. The Caterpillar Clinic aims to offer this type of support with its online services.

Here at the clinic we offer a range of services, from immediate support through our online programmes, to assessment and therapy. We have a range of clinicians who support the MDT assessment work in the clinic, such as psychologists, speech therapists and occupational therapists. Alongside our psychology consultation clinic, we also now have occupational therapy consultation at the clinic too.

We specialise in:

  • Helping parents understand the needs of their child

  • Anxiety management for children

  • Parenting a child with additional medical or developmental needs

  •  Managing behavioral difficulties

  • Concerns around development, social communication, and interaction as well as mental health difficulties in children.

  • Helping our neurodivergent children shine

  • Understanding trauma, including birth trauma and trauma/anxiety related to parenting a child with additional neurodevelopmental, physical or medical needs.

  • Sleep, feeding, and toileting difficulties
