Hi, I’m Dr. Claire Conlon — a Chartered Senior Clinical Psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience supporting families across the UK and Ireland. I’m also a mum to three lively boys who continue to teach me daily about patience, connection, and the power of presence.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with children, parents, and families navigating the complexities of anxiety. I created this programme because I saw a growing need for real, compassionate support for parents — especially those feeling overwhelmed by their child’s emotional struggles.

This is a three-part, pre-recorded series that you can complete at your own pace — ideal for busy parents. Each session builds on the last and is filled with practical tools, relatable examples, and up-to-date psychological insights you can apply right away.
Session 1: Understanding Anxiety
Learn what anxiety really is, why it shows up in childhood, and how it affects your child — and you as a parent. This session lays the foundation for making sense of big emotions, behavioural changes, and worry cycles.
Session 2: Tools, Play & Connection
Here, we focus on helping your child work through anxious feelings using evidence-based strategies, the healing power of play, and deepening the parent-child connection. You’ll start to build a practical toolbox to support emotional regulation and resilience at home.
Session 3: Tackling Worry & Building Confidence
In this final session, we explore how to help your child face fears and manage daily worries in a way that promotes independence, confidence, and calm. You’ll learn how to guide your child through challenges — without pressure or fear — and feel more grounded as a parent.
