Let's prepare for the school start! With Dr. Claire Conlon

Date: Thursday the 24th July at 12pm-recording available for seven days post live webinar

Join us for this webinar about supporting your child with starting school or preschool.

It can be such a daunting task for any little person and for their parents.

This webinar will take a look firstly at all the things that lead to anxiety about the school start. We focus on understanding childhood development before taking a look at the science behind anxiety for our little ones and for parents!

We also look at ways to best prepare our little ones for this transitions so that on the day, they have the tools they need to feel confident leaving your side and entering into this new world.

We also focus on children who may have additional needs and consider what extra support you might need to help them feel confident.

This webinar is developed and run by Dr. Claire Conlon, Clinical Psychologist and founder of The Caterpillar Clinic. She has nearly 20 years experience working with children and their families in the health service in Ireland and the UK. She runs a successful psychology clinic and aims to provide as much support to parents as possible in accessible and cost affordable ways.

What People Are Saying:

The back to school programme helped so much. He went to school this morning and waved us off. There wasn't a tear in sight. I couldn't believe it.
