The US Programme is a psychologist-led course for parents who want to truly understand what’s behind their child’s behaviour and how to respond with confidence and connection. Created by Dr Claire Conlon, this practical, three-part series supports you in managing challenges with calm, clarity, and compassion.
Online Therapeutic Programmes
Support Starts Here
Online, Self Paced and On Demand!Â
Below you’ll find our range of therapeutic supports, designed around the areas most commonly brought to consultation and therapy sessions at The Caterpillar Clinic.
These programmes have been developed from years of clinical work with children, adolescents, and families, and reflect the conversations we have every day in clinic. They allow you to access these clinic supports, but in the comfort of your own home and at a time that you need it, now!
They are here to help you begin understanding, supporting, and responding to challenges straight away to ensure you can immediately address challenges with the aim of preventing further escalation.Â
What You’ll Find Below
Many families come to us looking for support around many areas such as;Â
Anxiety support for young people and adults and for parents supporting an anxious child.
How to understand and support ADHDÂ
A Flexible Way to Access Support
Some families choose to access individual programmes as needed, focusing on the area that feels most relevant right now. Others prefer a more ongoing, supported approach.
Through our Cocoon Community, which is launching soon, (express interest here) families can access these programmes as part of a monthly membership, alongside additional supports such as live Q&As, parent guidance sessions, and a growing library of webinars.
This allows you to feel supported not just in one moment, but across the different stages and challenges that arise over time.
A Gentle Starting Point
Many families begin here while waiting for their consultation, and often find that gaining this understanding early makes everything feel clearer and more manageable.
You can move through these programmes at your own pace, return to them when needed, and use them alongside or instead of one-to-one support.
